When you chat with our intake assistant or contact us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, property address or addresses, number of units, the type of property, the services you're interested in, and anything else you choose to type, such as issues you're having with your property.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this only to run and secure the site.
No tracking cookies or ads. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
Our AI intake assistant
The chat on our homepage is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence, not a live person. It asks a few questions about your property and passes your answers to our team. A real person from Fitzpatrick Property Management reviews every inquiry and follows up. Please don't share sensitive information such as bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords in the chat.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about.
- To evaluate your property and prepare a management, leasing, sales or construction proposal.
- To keep a record of our communications with you in our customer relationship management system.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share with us.
Your choices
- Access, correct or delete. Email us to see the information we hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted.
- Stop contact. Tell us at any time that you no longer want to hear from us, and we'll stop.
- Do Not Track. Because we don't track visitors across sites, our site responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. We'll honor those requests as the law requires.
Children
This site is meant for property owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
